На блоках с генераторами мощностью 160 МВт и более с непосредственным охлаждением проводников обмоток должна быть предусмотрена токовая защита обратной последовательности с интегральной зависимой характеристикой, соответствующей характеристике допустимых перегрузок защищаемого генератора токами обратной последовательности. Защита должна действовать на отключение выключателя генератора, а при его отсутствии - на отключение блока от сети.
